Custom and personalized items are made specifically for each customer and cannot be canceled, returned, exchanged, or refunded once an order has been placed.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to resolve it.

MG Signature Luxe is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, delayed, or marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
